At OwlDeluxe™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at cs@owldeluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
