Cancellation & Modification Policy

At OwlDeluxe™, we understand that plans change — and we’re here to help. Please review our guidelines below for canceling or modifying your order.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of being placed. After this window, your order will begin processing and cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at cs@owldeluxe.com with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order”.

3. Modifying an Order

If you need to change your shipping address, item, or size, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn't been processed yet.

4. Exceptions

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. In that case, you may initiate a return after delivery according to our Refund & Return Policy.
